The brackets are suitable for use with bed frames, bed rails, headboards, footboards, bed posts, bunk bed ladders, new wood frames, existing wood frames, and other wooden furniture, as long as the lateral distance between the bed frame and headboard is less than 6.3 inches. If both a headboard and a footboard need to be attached, two sets of modification plates will be required.
